Looking at a glassstream(1988) in very good shape but no outboard. My question is with my lakes having limited power would a 20-30 hp outboard be good enough and idea on what kind of speed?
What's your definition of " good enough " ? If not being able to get it up on a plane and top speed of 10 mph ,then yes ,it's good enough . For the hull to perform adequately you should be within about 80 % of the rated hp . More info ,other than Glassmaster ,might help , like length , beam ,weight, material hull is made out of , payload anticipated and what your speed expectations are .
