Ok, I FINALLY got the boat up and running, now, the thing pulls strongly to the port side upon acceleration. Any thing I can do to adjust this?

if you lower drive unit has an adj. trim tab zinc. usually it is adjustable. with your normal load and normal trim and normal speed. adj. the tab in the direction that the steering wheel pulls to. ie. if it pulls to port, adj. tab end to port..
this adj. will be off at other speed, trim and loads, but it's the best you can do.
got mine set at about 2700 rpms with a little trim up and i can let go of the wheel.
