boat repair and customizing

In the next year or so me and my brother are going to open up a boat repair and customizing shop.

installing carpet, sound systems, upolstry (spelling), etc. and boat repair, transom rebuilds, steering systems, electrical, etc. which i will be in charge of ive been told.

i would even like to rig outboards, and do a little motor work.

my question is, what can we expect from this type of business?

what would most of our work consist of?

it is really going to depend on the economy. rigging new outboards is usually done by the dealer, due to warranty. used fine. you need to decide if you are going to be a repair, or customizing facility. doing it all may be spreading yourselves too thin.
