boat seat recovering question...need quick answer if possible

what do you call those selftapping screws with the plastic washers that you snap a cap on afterwards that anchors boat cushions to the walls of he inside of boat...the caps are usually colored to match the vinyl.... i am trying to get some for my project, but don't know whaqt theya are called

The Screws are called Screws,+ the little plastic covers are called Snap-Caps.......
