boat tilt

I have a 1990 sport craft, 202WAC.Fishmaster. with a 150 mariner. The boat tends to lean/tilt to the left when moving fast. what can be the cause. I have ajusted the trim fin to the left slightly but it continues to lean. Any suggestions. Thank You

Full Gas Tank on one side maybe, my friends boat leans to one side with a full tank.
