I have a 1994 tracker marine trailer.
The Vin tag says 1990lbs.
5.3x12 LR-C
12x4.0 rim
It is 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern
Can anyone tell me what hub I need?

Remove the hub and carry it to Northern Tools or Tractor Supply and they will help you match it up.....I buy the prepackaged hubs, bearings, seals, all assembled and greased and ready to just pop it on the trailer....each packaged hub is about $45.....pretty hard to beat!...

Robert is right on the money. Buying a rebuild kit and having it done might wind up being the same or more money in the end.
If you want to fix yours, you will have to disassemble and measure the spindle or the inside diameter of the bearings to determine the kit size. If you are going to rebuild your existing hub, you will need a bearing and race kit or hub rebuild kit as it is called. It comes with the bearings, races, and a back dust cover (seal) if the kit has several seals you must slip each one over the spindle to the back to determine which one fits before pressing into the hub. You will need to have the races pressed out and the new ones pressed in. Something to watch for if you go the rebuild route is to make sure the inner and outer bearings are the same size. If you buy the rebuild kit, you can bring the old hub and kit to any mechanic to have it done as long as they have a press, which most do. I don't have a tractor supply nor northern tools near by so I rebuilt mine.

EricMorton, :welcome: aboard...

First you didn't specify what is wrong with your hub. If it merely needs a new bearing or rear seal, it is a lot less expensive then even a $45 replacement. So before buying anything, tell us what is wrong with yours first. Is it just needing cleaned and regreased? :noidea:

If you need to change a bearing I would recommend changing the race as well. You could probably get away with just the bearing but chances are it will wear out quicker. The old race is broken in to the old bearing. If it went bad, the race has some wobble to it and maybe some scoring.
