boat wanting to go left when cruising on water

I have an 87 byaliner with a 270 outdrive and the boat wants to go hard left all the time when cruising out on the lake. What would I look for as a cause for this?

Thanks I will try that out. I have it going the wrong way according to your video. I have it going to the right instead of the left as I thought it would need to do the same way.

I believe some Bayliners with V-P outdrives have left handed props. You would adjust them the opposite way from MerCruisers, which have right handed props.

Also trim position of the outdrive or outboard makes a difference. Have you tried trimming up?

Hi. Check your actual trim tabs are both equal or up fully out the way. Not the outdrive trim tab…the actual boat tabs.
