Boat was clean on Wed. Took it out today (Friday) and there's dog hair ALL over!!

If I ever catch someone chillin on my boat while at the dock I'm going to press charges so fast they wont know what hit them.

On Wed I went down and checked out the boat around noon. It was nice and clean as usual.

Today I go down after work and as I'm just hanging I notice there's dirt and dog hair all over the back seats!! WTF.

This means someone took the top off, and let his/her dog chill in the back seat of the boat, meanwhile who knows if they were on my boat or not.

No water bird had hair that would look like a dog does it? I know some swans hang out at the dock but I know what a feather looks like.

Have you ever caught anyone hanging out on your boat? I hope this doesn't happen again.

if it isn't locked up, it's fair game. even if it is locked up sometimes... very sad indeed...

How would an animal with no help from humans unclip my mooring cover and then put it back perfectly clipped. there's no real way for a cat to get onto the dock unless it swims.

We have a cat that hangs out at our docks... likes to hop the boats and check things out.

None of my dogs have chewed on anything but their toys. Cats are MUCH more likely to do damage to seats with their claws.

Regardless of animal type, if a person allowed it on your boat that is very, very low! I'll never understand how someone would think it OK to climb onto another person's property!

DUDE! I'm soooooo sorry! Me and Lucky were both drunk and we accidently confused your boat with mine..... Don't sweat it tho.... Lucky peed on the carpet but I was thoughtful and peed over the side.... mostly......

The real crapper is a LOT of folks would think that was a perfectly good excuse...... I'd seriously blow a gasket.....



Sorry bout your luck tho.... look REAL close...... a cat doesn't need more than about a 2" gap to squeeze through.

If it was someone, thats not even right, i was at a store, went in to pay for gas, and when i came out some guy was letting his kid play in my boat, i said "im sorry can i help you" his reply..."my son was just curious about your boat i figured it wouldnt hurt anything well get out of your hair thanks"..WTF i dont mind letting a kid explore the boat but thats like going in some strangers house and telling them you are just curious to see there house

I'd have to be really careful with my words if I were in either of these situations. The last thing I would want is an escalation of tempers. Especially mine. Glad your talking charges, Jeff.

wow! lately i've been seeing what looks like kids control there parents they say tehy want something and mommy and daddy cant say no! that is rude if you were filling up and they had askd you its one thing but to just hop in while your nto around and not even ASK. i think id end up gogin to my truck and grabbing my billy club on another note that may be a little over kill.

When I was docked in the Dominican Republic, cruise ship folks would come down to the marina and hang out. I can't tell you how many times I have caught people hopping onboard, sitting in the fighting chair for a photo op. Most were foreiners that didn't understand English but I think they figured out what the f-bomb was pretty quick.

wow! lately i've been seeing what looks like kids control there parents they say tehy want something and mommy and daddy cant say no! that is rude if you were filling up and they had askd you its one thing but to just hop in while your nto around and not even ASK. i think id end up gogin to my truck and grabbing my billy club on another note that may be a little over kill.

i had a lot of things going through my head that i wanted say, but then there was a kid around. so i tried to bite my tongue, but you are right, parents dont seem to say no to kids anymore and pretty much let them do what they please, but that could be a different forum all together lol
