1986 18' chris craft
I think the carb has given up on my boat. Just got it out for the summer and went to start it in the driveway and its getting fuel to the carb and has spark but won't fire. If I trickle some fuel in the carb it runs till the fuels gone then stalls. I checked the filter in the carb and its ok. So unless someone with more knowledge (that wouldn't take much) has a different idea I think I'm going to rebuild my first carb.
The carb that is on the boat didn't come stock. I got it off a buddy (for free) it ran great for two years. The numbers off the carb tag are mcm260 1347-7362. I can't find a rebuild kit on iboats. Does anyone have a suggestion or can point me in the right direction? Sorry so long thank you for the help!
