If he was asking for a pix of a blank liscense it would look better. If someone scanned thier license then white out the imformation on it it would apear to be safe for all concerned. If he wants a copy with someones Imfo on it , I think I would smell a rat. <br /> JMHO, not from there so I cant help.

I've given him a link to the RYA, their the people who I got my certificate through and should be able to help him.

RPJS is right. I smell a rat. There are better ways to get the information other than asking on a forum.

Somehow I don't think an RYA cert will be what the Greek police want-it's not a master's ticket or a licence to skipper just a certificate of competence.
