boating on delaware river, pa

Hey guys i was wondering if I needed a different boating license then the pa one that i have to run my boat in the delaware river from the trenton area south towards the city of philadelphia.

Nope.
And you don't have a boating license, it's a 'Pennsylvania Boating Safety Education Certificate'. There's a difference.
It's recognized in all states.

All the states have reciprocity-- Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania all recognise the others regisration numbers as long as you don't take the boat permanently into the state. Same as an auto license plate. Boating safety certificate regulations vary by state as far as who must have one, but again, each state will recognise the others
