See post #1550 in this thread for the location of Sand Island.Could someone share the coordinates with me for sand island or my show me a dot on a map? I may be able to shoot up there saturday but I'm not sure where it is. I'll be coming from Baltimore. Thanks
If anyone is coming to the pigless pig roast, make sure you bring a dish of some sort! There will be a keg of beer, and other stuff provided.
Heh, I know what you mean Bill!We should be at SI on saturday. We have 6 girls (11-12 yo) for the day, I will be looking for somewhere to escape to. Arks, can I come and crew for you, please.

Nice seeing you! We might be able to make it for the fireworks. We went night time boating last night, from the Nauti-Goose to Lapidum, 3 miles north of Havre de Grace. Kept the boat on plane at 18mph the whole way!Had a couple of great days on the bay. Five hours of dragging kids around burns up a lot of gas. Still cheaper (and alot more fun for me) than dave and busters. Met some more iboaters and starting to put faces with the names. Is anybody going to Charlestown on Saturday 9/10? We did the carnival last year and it was OK, this year we may just go for a cruise and hang out for the fireworks. This will be the first fireworks this year from the boat, and the first night time boating.
My boat is safe next to my garage.Scott,
Are you going to pull your boat? There's an incredible amount of water upstream headed your way, and you know they are going to be opening every gate in the dam very soon. Over here on the Elk, the walkways on our slips were underwater last night.
