Post 146 Pic shows the screws can be gotten to easy enough, what am I missing?

So just use a standard screw drive with a long shank
Phillips
I think what he is talking about is the upper screw has no depth for the screwdriver tip to go deep enough to get a bite?? Not sure.

If that’s the case I’d grind the tip down till it fits.

Ok thanks
That screw wasn't installed after the head light bracket was put together, the head light needs to be removed to get to it.

Probably the red ones. It was a single bracket for both lights, attached to the panel by the 4 blue marked bolts. I would have to have it in my hands to be sure about the reds.

Anyway, I got it out, so it's not a problem until I put it back.

Guess who gets to touch up the camper now. First the boss whacked it with the drill, but only a little spot, then when I was closing the lower part it hit on the upper panel. Didn't think to check alignment as it was being closed, we just lined it up with the panels on the side of the windshield and left it. Uuuuggggghhhhhh...

Been working on a 2010 Basscat for a few days. Lots of problems, a crack on the lower hull, cracks/delamination where the cap is glassed to the hull in the inside storage, cap is seperating from hull at the front when lifting, incorrectly installed Hamby keel guard, broken plastic windshield, and a small chunck of missing rubrail insert at the back.

So far, I'm fixing everything except the wondshield and insert. The guy wants to leave for Florida by the 1st, and the marina still needs to do something to it too. Gonna get a really nice bonus if the boss can take it to them by the 25th.

Inside stuff is all done, I put the Hamby on Saturday, pretty much just waiting on gel now.
I also decided to work on the plastic windshield. I was worried the wind would break it off and throw it in his face. It is cracked, had missing screws, and most or all of the holes in the dash were stripped out. I super glued the crack and will reinstall with machine screws and nuts.
