I thought the Dr was kidding and when he left the room to go get the paperwork for me to sing...... I googled Patella Clunk on my iphone and he was spot on.

I did tell the Dr he was still on my good side and I was still comfortable waving to him using all my fingers and not just one. Getting upset or mad has no effect on improving the knees.

... making you a "clunker?" Bummer.

Sorry for the struggle Bob. It's amazing how the seemingly simple things can really mess with how we live our lives.

UPDATE

First my knees stole my Summer....... now it is impeding on hunting season...... 2012 is becoming the year that wasn't!

Bond-o suggested a grease fitting and use a grease gun

I agree with Bond-o with the grease fittings...
