ALRIGHT BOB!!!!!! I'm very glad that you're feeling better. The meds didn't help me by themselves so I got a little counseling on the side and after a year or so I didn't need the meds anymore. So keep the happy stuff coming our way. We all prefer happy over ??????.THANKFULLY AND RESPECTFULLY>>BART SR.

Way to go Bob! Depression is serious business. The brain drives the body and it needs to be serviced regularly ;)

Good news, Bob! Glad you're feeling better. Just be careful and when you're ready to stop taking the meds, wean yourself, don't go cold turkey. That can be nasty. ;)

Yeah, I'd been wonderin' how you were doing myself. Very happy to hear it's working out. I'd be careful about weaning yourself - take your dr's advise about getting off these. I know a lot of people who self-medicate without the dr's consent (or knowledge) and inevitably, things get worse.

Re: BobMoore ???

I've had a lot of hassles with depressions over the years and the most effective cure I've found is fishing. Not that startling a discovery really but when I'm fishing reguarly I don't bomb out. Sit in a boat with someone you like, look at a sunrise or the sea or just stare at the horizin and all the chemicals get back in balance. So I have to fish for medical reasons, as the wise have said its not a matter of life or death its more important than that.

I'm glad to hear you again too. I get to take big purple ones for depression too. Yup, it helps.
