Hi all,<br />I have a couple nephews that grew up by the ocean and are into body boarding and surfing. The kids are staying with us this summer and we are just 20 minutes away from the lake, but three hours from the ocean. We introduce them to tubing, but they were soon bored. The kids ask me what if we were to tie a boggie board or short surfboard behind and pull them (same setup as tubing). I have a inboard/outboard, so I can't have them "wake surfing" behind the boat. I'm curious if anyone has tried these techniques. If we made a latch/hook of sort and tied the tow rope to the boggie board, we were wondering the kid can steer using his body weight and feet? In addition, do you think a surfer can stand and his surfboard? I would image it would work, what do you think? I think this project will keep the kids busy for the rest of the summer.
