I have an evinrude 150 1985 just replaced the water pump, thermostats, and new lube in the lower unit. I took it ot yesterday and it ran like a top, other than maybe just a little rough. I went out today and it runs fine, quite a bit of smoke starting but ran fine until I put it in gear then it bogs down and if i try to give it more gas it dies. I pulled it out of the water and pulled one of the plug(very wet). I am thinking I need to rebuild the carbs but, just wanting to make sure that sounds like the only prob. Thanks for any help
