Bombardier throttle lever stuck in neutral

I think the throttle is about a 2002. Today it's stuck in neutral and won't budge it. The tilt option works. Lately I've noticed that it shifts hard. Also noticed that the fast idle lever doesn't have any tension. Any ideas?

Anyone have a link to a owners manual or repair manual?

Also what is the knob below the key for?

I solved the problem. I took the throttle apart and found that the linkage for the fast idle was loose and binding. I tighted the linkage and all is fine

Also what is the knob below the key for?

The knob is to add tension to the control lever so it won't drift when underway.
