bore one cylinder .20 over?

I just got my suzuki dt40 powerhead back from the shop. They bored one cylinder .20 over and honed the other cylinder. The gave me a weisco piston for the .20 over cylinder............but I have a brand new suzuki piston for the bottom. Is it okay to have mismatched piston brands and cylinder diameters?
