If it seems to run ok, but the plug looks brand new, you have water intrusion that will cuse you to loose the engine if allowed to go to long.
The water causes the spark plugs to be steam cleaned. NOT GOOD

I would pull the line that goes between cylinders 5&6.it actuates the fuel pump.if there is fuel in the line, you have a bad diaphram in the fuel pump.

Engine running the same as it was before? Need a little more info...either a bad pump, plugged carb, or water

Before everone goes into a panic, I'll note that the bottom plugs (particularly #6) often look cleaner than the rest - with NO water intrusion at all. Seems they are "close to the steam" and just the act of shutting down the outboard can let steam back into the exhaust ports before it cools off. So long as the bottom carb is clean - I wouldn't worry.

Sounds normal to me. I tend to rotate my plugs every year - like tires. Keeps 'em all pretty clean. :D

Just to be sure you're not runnin' dry pull the plug wires on 5 then 6 to see if it's hittin' on those cylinders. It will tell you right away if it's running on those cylinders by creating a miss. Plus that bottom carb will collect all the crap in the float bowl causing the float to stick.
Hey just a thought... when was the last time the carbs were cleaned?

not sure when the carbs were rebuilt. I am taking it to marina UHHGGG let him give it a look over. It doesn't sound like it is missing or anything. But i have noticed that after running it all 3 carbs are wet on the outside. Maybe they need rebuilt ill repost after i see what he says thanks everyone
