Bottomline Tournament 1101

I just purchased a brand new Bottomline Tournament 1101 and am already having problems with it.I mounted it to my trolling motor and it worked good for about an hour when I first got it.Now it wont give me a good bottom reading or depth read out. I have it run to the same battery my trolling motor is run to and it doesnt work right even if the trolling motor is turned off.I have check the transducer wire and there are no pinches or breaks in it. Another wierd thing is if you hit the master reset on the unit it will work OK for a few mins. and then it goes crazy again. I have compared the readings on my front fishfinder unit to my rear 1 and the depth reading is off sometimes aroun 10- 15 feet.
Any ideas or help would be greatly aapricated, since Bottomline has been of no help to me.

If it's brand new, it should be under warranty. Check voltage to the unit. Low/High voltage will cause them to trip out.

Hope you see this Rbsgfd578...just got one of these and would love to mount it to my trolling motor, but can't find the mount. If you still have it and not using it, I'd offer to buy it.
