My Johnson 175 has been out of the water for about 7 years!
I'm hoping just drain the fuel, clean carbs and replace impeller!
Come on Spring!

How about new gear oil, grease steering, propshaft and tilt, replace fuel.
Yep! All of that is on the list too...Steering is a little tight...hope greasing works.
Dual cable rotary....Not having much luck still finding those.
May go to hydraulic if I have to!

Very nice, I'd love to have one. Don't know why no one makes boats in that style any more. I don't want a center console or bowrider for my next boat up here in the northeast, I want a closed bow like that for when I go out into Long Island Sound. I've actually thought about having a 'glass cover made for the bow area of my bow rider for more sea-worthiness. Still running the Johnson....love to see some old OMC 2 strokes still around.
I still have the same engine in mine (mostly that is) '88 Chevrolet 4.3, I had to do a top end overhaul on it about 6 years ago, installed reman cyl heads and new exhaust, rebuilt the Quadrajet, etc. 88 FW at the Dock.JPG
