yes, a 1985 Thundercraft sunbird. It was made by Doral. I don't think they are still in business. My first boat was a welcraft and the hull was vary oxidized. I was able to get it back in shape with just rubbing compound and wax and lots of hours. I found working on the boat was fun and rewarding as you see the results. Your boat looks in great shape so I can't see doing a lot other than some wax on the hull, if you want. But your boat, from the pictures looks new so be careful. Your best bet is just sit in the boat with the radio on making motor boat noises until you can splash her. Once you own a boat you lose all sense of reality and money. LOL. Enjoy it.
Let me know if you want that website and manual for the motor.

She's very photogenic but she has her bumps and bruises. All in all, for a 30 year old boat, I don't think I could have done a lot better especially for the price I paid ($3500).

Up here in Canada we seem to pay more for boats but that is what I paid for my thundercraft, but it had soft floors and I had to clean the interior and redo the seats.

I sent you a PM with some info.
