I own a Sea Doo Speedster and LOVE the jet drive thing! <br /><br />Pros:<br />can run in shallow water<br />will turn on a dime<br />nothing hanging below your boat<br />easy to maintain and repair<br />fun, fun, fun boats that you can play with like a PWC but have room like a "regular" boat<br /><br />Cons:<br />have to worry more about sucking something up...boat can be brought to its knees by a simple pepsi bottle<br />harder to steer at low speeds<br />reverse steering is backwards<br />not as fuel effieient as I/O<br />reputation for simply being a Sea Doo<br /><br />That's my 2 cents....love my speedster! There is another great board at jetboating.net where folks talk about sea doo specifically. Might check that out as well.<br /><br />boat on!
