Re: Bow Ladder ???

Ha, maybe so on both accounts. But the wife and friends still like to camp, even in our fridig Nevada winters :D

Come on, some one out there must have tried a bow ladder...???

Hey Doc, I dont know if this helps or not, but what the heck, my boat also is a pain getting in and out of specially durring winter, what I use is a collapsable rope ladder w/ plastic steps, it was super affordable, tucks away under a seat or any other small compartment, and best of all nothing permanent on your bow (tucked under the seat 4 when needed) hmm overtons roughly 9-11 bucks, one of my better purchases If I may add. Oh and the plastic steps are orange so you can see them well in day or night, or from under water.

Look as if I am too late* Oh well I tried.

Re: Bow Ladder ???

Thanks guys! I finally got it installed. During the maiden attempt to use it, my father fell off and suffered minor injury. The problem was that as the boat moved up and down with the waves, the ladder also moved and his sea legs aren't what the used to be!

Regardless, I regret buying this ladder. I had to drill three holes in the bow and the accordian blocks a bit of my view. It seems a bit flimsy and clearly I would not let older (or younger people) use it anyway...

Any one want one bad, I would consider selling it for less than I paid....

Cheers.

It looks twice as long as it should have been. too many steps. About half that many would have been about right.
