Bow Railing

I need the bow hand railing for my cuddy, anyone have a particular place they find to be better at service/price than others?

Hey Red,
If you can get your hand on a 1" conduit bender you can bed your own if you use the 7/8 rail that can be bought here on IBOATS. I had to replace all my stanchions and make a completely new rail as mine was missing from the boat when I got it. Just make sure to wrap a rag around the tubing so as not to scratch it and make very small gradual bends. You definitely cannot be in a hurry, took about 3 hours to bend mine.

Well you know, you'd think a guy who makes a living with tubing might have thought of that...LOL

Hi Red..

You can also try your local cavas/bimini maker shops for your stainless tubing ( I can get alot of scrap for next to nothing for my rail repairs ).

Another trick is to fill the tube with sand and that will prevent kinks

I just wired it to a rocker switch, it is an Ongaro electric horn, no compressor.
It is still very loud though.

Fabbed it up tonight, will sink the fastners in the morning. Wife said she was surprised, she said I am a better metal worker than carpenter...LOL
