I did a 2 min video after my 20 min break in.

Couple of questions though.
Its not holding idle because I am pretty sure the float is sticking and it is dripping gas.
Would this cause a pop on decel?

I have a pop coming from decel? timing is at 10 btdc and advances to 25 during the run, I changed the exhaust manifold to block gasket kit today, no change. Seems like I need to go through the carb again huh? Any thoughts?

Rich will cause that kind pop, but short open exhaust also can.
If gas is dripping in the carb, then the fuel level is most likely to high for some reason, or the carb is leaking internally.
