Called a terminal block.
No longer available.
I might have one??
Where are you located?
You can have it for shipping costs if I do.

Just drill the old screw out and replace it. Not a huge issue or hard to do. JMHO!

The screw is stainless thus needs a cobalt drill bit to drill it out. The other option is to buy another terminal board with either two or three terminals (radio shack or Ace Hardware) and just mount it next to the original terminal board using double adhesive tape or self tapping screws.

Use a dremel to cut a slot and screw it out. With no head and penetrating oil, it might be easy.
Good Luck!
