We have a 1989 Force 85hp US Marine on our 17ft Bayliner. On our second trip out part of one blade snapped off. Presuming we had hit something under water we sent the prop off for repair by reputable firm (not cheap). On return of newly repaired and painted prop we took to the water in delight. After a couple of hours we felt slight vibrations and on inspection found the prop to be damaged in exactly the same way as before. The difference being that, this time, we definately hadn't hit anything!! Anyone had similar problems?
