If a reed is broken or stuck (?) could this give me zero compression on one cylinder?<br /><br />1990 Evinrude 110 HP. <br /><br />Of so, is replaceable?<br /><br />Thanks for all the previous help.<br /><br />Doug
Unfortunately a broken reed won't really affect the compression much. You probably have a problem in the top end of the engine. Hopefully a head gasket.
