Building a Hardtop ?

I recently purchased an old twin engine 23 Slick Craft for offshore fishing. The boat has a soft canvas top.<br /> I would like to weld up a nice hard top for more rod racks and headroom etc. <br />I once saw a page that a fellow did about his 25 Aquasport and he built to top out of some sort of construction foam. Anyone know what that material might be?<br /> Any Ideas on where I might get reference to build the stainless steel framework?<br /><br />Thanks Badger
