HI, I would like to built my own pump-out pump for my boat. I do not want to install a mascerator to discharge overboard , because it's illegal in my area. I would use my pump to discharge at my personnal dock in an other tank and put the waste in the toilet or something like that.

Is there anyone know how to built one, or what kind of pump I would need. Because I tought I could use a mascerator pump, but people tole me it is not strong enough to pull waste from the waste outlet.

Thanks

Ayuh,... As long as the pump is Pushing, not pulling it'll work...
My houseboat is set up to dump into my domestic sewer system that way...

Install a macerator in the boat with the "Y" valve. Then, tap the outlet fitting for 1/2' pipe thread. get a 1/2" pipe to 3/4 hose fitting. The hose fitting will allow the pump to exhaust into a toilet. That's how I have been emptying my holding tank at the hose while on the trailer, for the last 8 years.
