Bullet Connector Shroud?

Does any one where I can buy those PVC connector shroud for bullet connector? They are most commonly found in outboard motor connection.

This doesn't answer your question but why not use heat shrink tubing? Serves two purposes: helps maintain a tight connection and seals against moisture.

No worry, I'm in California. Other wise, I would have just ordered from the UK website. I bet it would have been expensive to ship from UK.
