Never use treated wood with an aluminum boat.

Well I guess my boat will just fall apart one day. Besides I have the plastic bunk caps that the boat sits on. Nice and slick and easier to launch.

While we are warning Aluminum boaters.

NEVER EVER spill any battery acid on the inside of a Alumium hull. ...FAST corrosion thru the hull. ....FAST

Always put the battery in a PLASTIC box WITH the cover on it.

I found that out.

I am so far over the hill & down the dark side, that I can not see the top of hill anymore.

I also only try to tell people only 1 time what bad things can & will happen to them. Most ignor the old farts advice.
