Guys, a little while ago I burnt out my stator and inturn it shot the rectifier.The guy I bought the boat from said he had repaced the stator just six months before and I probably had done only forty hours since.Battery terminals tight all connectins seem good.I have a dual battery system with a switch.My question is does switching from batt A to batt B while engine is running have an adverse effect on the stator, as I think I read somewhere that voltage disruptions can melt that stator in pretty quick time.Any Ideas
