I was out on the river this in my little fishing boat with my girlfriend. toodleing along and well we decided to go to the beach. Ok no problem saw a few friends there and pulled up next to them. We get out and set up the chairs and started to shoot the bull and watch the local idiots. This was your typical day here in La Crosse, Wisconsin and there were lots of idiots out well we see this rather large couple get in a canoe and paddle off and they get out about about 50 yards and well the guy has to drop off some used beer of course he was drunk and well over he goes. (good for a Laugh) Well then shes in the boat screaming for her husband to get in the boat and quit screwing around. Well he tries to get in from the side and well now shes wet and the canoe is flipped. Thank god the water is only about 5 feet deep so they walk in to shore. <br /> Well later on that day Its about 4:30 and we see this guy puting a dual jetski trailer in the water. I guess it was time for him to go home. His two girlfriends are Driving the jetski's to where hes putting the trailer in the water. I must remind you that we were at the beach and there is no landing in sight. so he back her into the sand and well get the trailer in to the water. Then he straps the ski's down. Locks her in 4 wheel. Well he has a land rover with very skinny tires. As most of us know to drive on sand you need wide and knobby tires. He gives her gas and more gas and more gas and wonders why hes not going anywhere. Well by this time he has a few people looking at him and a few laughing. So its time to go and help. a few guys go over and give him some ideas. They range from putting a log under his tires to takeing the ski's off. Well logic would be to take the ski's off but he decided to use suburben to pull him out with the ski's still on. Well the Suburben gives it gas and he starts sinking but he is smart and stop when he relises hes not going anywhere. Time to unhook the rope and get a longer to reach up to the grass. Well the same thing happens. Then they finally take the ski's off and they walk out of there with no problem. <br /> If people would stop and think about things before they do things I wouldnt of have a good day at the beach.

so how did he get the ski's out? a nearby ramp? sounds like for beach loading, there should be a big fat tire on the tongue of the trailer, so the trailer can be unhooked & pulled off the beach by a tow strap.
