Well it was busy yesterday,35 mph winds. A call came in at the marina, boater in trouble just off the east of the marina,Went and took a look, yup, headed for the rocks....We managed to get some timbers and planks between the hull and the rocks to help from damaging it to much. We had called the Coast guard right away, they showed up within 1/2 hour, not bad time from their launch area.they got a line on it and pulled her off. He was able to bring it in under his own power, and We got it out and set up for repairs. Could have been a lot worse without all the help from the staff at the marina, and citizens pitching in also.
