Fishhunter, Where at near the shore My wife is about to come into some serious cash more than enough to half down on a 200,000 house. We were thinking about the Lewes or Indian river area some place on the water for dockage with or w/o bulkhead any decent realtor web sites? How are the schools generally. If we were to buy I may make it "officially" my residence for cheaper taxes among other things.

TO be honest I would consider Bethany, its just south of Indian river and there are plenty of communities with dockage and slips. The prices arent bad and they have some tight security as well. A buddy of mine lives down there and loves it. HE doesnt have a slip or anything he just likes the area. As far as realtor web sites I am not sure. Go to Delawareonline.com and click on homes. Do a search for sussex county and you should find some houses that list realtors. I hope this helps. And if it works out let me know, I'm always up for a day trip south, specially if it involes boating!! :D
