I bid on and won a 16 ft Winner with a 115 hp Chrysler that ran good and had tilt and trim. I too look at a lot of pictures and asked questions. When I got down there to pick it up it turned out to be a 17 ft Arrowglass and he could not get the motor to start. I drove away with an empty hitch and got my money back through paypal. If they tell you the floor and transom are sound and they are not then you are under no obligation. You are under an obligation to buy what was purchased. If it turns out it is different than what was described in the ad and in emails then you are under no obligation,
