1994 Evinrude 115 cross flow. Just finished rebuild from basket case, and did fairly good on figuring out where things went. However I have two small hoses, and four tiny hose fittings to accout for. Two fittings one each in the top bypass covers, one in the intake manifold at the bottom pointing down, and one in the side of the crankcase cover. There are also a couple of hoses tee'd from the bottom of the carbs which I'm assuming go to the fitting bellow the throttle linkage. Thanks in advance for telling me where to put these . Dirk

Re: Bypass cover hoses go where?

I rebuilt my '82 OMC and took video of where everything went. Then I realized that in the back of my fartory OMC manual there was a nice diagram of where they go. I didn'tknow it was there and forund it by accident. It was not in a non factory manual that I have. My hose setup is diferent than yours so I can't help in that regard but maybe there is a dagram in the back that you missed.

My 95 175 rude has vent hoses that stick in the air cover. They come from the carbs and the pump.
One has a nipple, the other just sits in a hole in the bottom. Maybe you have something similar?
Good Luck

If your manual dosen't show the routing, find someone who has a like motor and copy.
