Bought a yamaha anolog tach for my 1993 C40 elrr motor. The clymer`s shop manual states the following "The 6-5 hp,C25 and C40 2cylinder models have a simultaneous cdi ignition system using a single coil, 1 charge coil and 1 pulser coil. the cdi unit fires the single ignition coil with 2 spark plug leads. Can someone who understands tell me what to set the tach on so it will work correctly. I have a service manual from yamaha but it does not have this info. Please help.
