Cabin door jams

Recently I've run into issues with my cabin door jamming, and I'm looking for advice on how to fix. I don't wanna go at it breaking stuff apart if I don't need to. I feel like this should be an easy job, with the only real issue being able to reach areas under the dash to attach new track.

I'm assuming I need to replace the track, but I don't even know where to start. Any advice is appreaciated. thanks
Boat is a 1995 Regal 256 Commodore

edit - I should add that the track is visibly cracking in many places, lifting the door slightly and wiggling it usually frees the jam, sometimes it takes a little more effort.. wife thought I had locked her in the cabin..

Are you sure it did not just come off the track? Might be an easier fix if you just had to persuade it back on the track.

Not sure those sliding doors are made to be easily serviced. Almost like they build the boat around the door

Heh, it seems as if they did.. The door is actually getting stuck in the track. And if I have to pull the dash back to reach it, then it'll be a project for another weekend.. I looked online and saw tons of sites that sell sliding door tracks, but none the look just like mine.. I'm assuming as long as I get a matched set for the door and floor I should be ok.
