See, now don't you regret scolding our northern neighbors last week?:)
It hit 70 here yesterday (and will today). I thought I was going to have to go to the doctor's. I had this unusual clear watery liquid seeping from body here and there. I kept having to wipe my brow throughout the day. I hope this condition does not continue.:p:confused::D

Mountains of snow all over and hot, yesterday. Had to go to a wake after dinner, and i just couldn't believe how warm it was.

Another wake tonight, and tomorrow night.

But it's good to be alive. Thinking about yanking the ole girl around the house into the driveway, maybe wake her up from her slumber, see whats what.

TD, I'm glad you got on to our "Northern Neighbors" last week, I enjoyed the sun and rather warm temperatures yesterday and look forward to the continued warm temps here this week. The forecast for the coming week is 81 until Thursday. I really enjoyed coming back from the coast to hear my wife complain that I got sunburned and she got no sun:D:D. Just glad the warm weather is starting to show its' face.

TC

I tried waking the ole girl from her slumber friday night to see what's what and all she did was growl a bit, then deposited her knee in my back till morning!!!!!:p

it time to fish guys..........its spring!

i have my first sunburn of the year :p.........and yes its a fishermans tan: white arm pits, white under chin, white under belly roll, white under pecks, white lines coming from my eyes, and a big sort of tan spot where my seat covered my back partially..............i will have to admit i am kind of enjoying this sunburn :D

the water temp (surface) was 56 according to my fish finder .......the fish are still movin a lil slow but they are moving back to the skinny water.

You had better luck than me. I put on a carb I rebuilt a couple months back. Only runs for a second. Gotta pop it back off and see what happened.:(

The carb has been sitting in the wood shop since I rebuilt it around Xmas. I'm thinking dust got all up in it. It's acting like it's not getting fuel.

About three months ago I was in Selma NC. Temps were pretty low on some days. It turned me into the whiniest baby you could imagine. You guys in the northern states have it rough.
I took the boat out this weekend and actually sweated when I anchored to fish. I will take the extra humid 100 degree summer weather to avoid those cold temps you guys deal with in the north.

You talking about your wife or the boat?

I just woke my boat up from hibernation sunday,
Ran like a champ.

Kinda felt like sitting an an ice cube thou, with 40 degree water.
