You have to be a member for a year before you can apply for iboats OCS. If accepted, there's an online test that is administered. If you are excelling in the forums, you may receive a "forum commission", but they are very rare. Hang in there...

To become an officer you have to post lots of BLONDE jokes. And they better be original! The more you post BLONDE jokes, the faster you will become an officer (if you are still alive, but that is another story all together).

Heard a great blond joke today..
