Calco tilt motor needed

Hi, I am still trying to find a Calco motor for my tilt unit off a 1977 115HP johnson. I do not have the original so cannot have it repaired. Any help would be great.<br /><br />Andrew

Andrew, do a google search if you can. I found one on www.go2marine.com #PT113 remanufactured Calco motor fits 1973-1978 or 1979. kinda pricey and has a core trade-in

Thanks Mikeyzx72, that is exactly what I'm looking for. The only problem is when I bought my boat the motor for the tilt was missing, so I don't have it to replace. Appreciate the help though.<br /><br />Andrew

I went through the exact same thing. The motor was missing off my unit when I bought it. I started looking to get a new one, and the only option was a new motr/pump for > $500, or a rebuild of my unit (which I didn't have) for > $500. I just found a guy who sells a patented adapter kit that allows you to use an ARCO 6206 or 6220 motor. I paid $120 for the adapter and $100 for the motor. Less than half the price, and it works like a dream.
