Hey Folks!
Im looking at a Regal Valanti 29' boat right now and I think theres a very good chance I will pull the trigger on it...its just beautiful and has been meticulously maintained. The ONLY issue is the cover. It has a mooring cover but I would like to look into a full camper for it and I am having no luck with my online searching. It has a bimini but I want to be able to stay comfortable in foul weather. Any direction will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!!

In most all cases it's best to have one made by a local canvas shop. This way it's made the way you want it and it's usually cheaper. Just had one made for mine and saved about $1k over factory and looks better

I'm considering doing the same for our Regal 1900ESX, mainly for multi day cruises.
Two local canvas shops gave me a verbal quote of around $5K ....with a long wait list in front of me.
Regal currently has Ameritex/Taylor produce their canvas who will be glad to quote you a replacement. But you need their mfg tag p/n for the product. You might get lucky with Regal's parts dept, but don't hold your breath.
American Boat Canvas looks promising. They supply all the side curtains and isingglass, but you have to use your existing bimini canvas top and sew the zippers to it.

In my many years of boating, I find the custom made covers to be the best....not cheap, but they look better, work better and last longer. Now is the time/ season to get it done, you may have to leave your boat with the canvass maker. Don't be afraid to look outside your neighborhood, with winter comming you won't need your boat for a while, so what if you had to tow it a couple hundred miles and leave it?

Even if you found it, you would have to "fit" it.

Call your local upholstery shop

Marine stores like Overton's have replacement OEM covers for popular boats like SeaRays and other brands. I do not think yours's is popular enough for them to carry it, but it is likely worth a try.
