Can A Merc 9.9hp Kicker Be Converted To Electric Start?

Hi,

I have a 2002 model 99ml Merc 9.9 hp 4 stroke kicker w/rope pull. I've developed arthritis and pulling the rope is painful to say the least. Can it be converted to electric start? If so what are the pros and cons? Are conversion packages available? Has anyone done this?
