Can anyone help determine the year made or serial number of my 200 H.P. mercury?

Here's what I know. Its a 2.4 its a v-200, has a 2 piece cover,says oil injected black max with a bearded guys face on it,the # on the head is 1026-7261.the carb # is 1374-5427-c,the freeze plug # is 5880592.

Those clam-shell Mercs were only made in the late 80's. Look up the year by serial number (5880592) at maxrules.com
