Not sure where this white piece came from. The black one goes in the bottom of the manual starter for comparison. I looked at all the parts diagrams and can't find it. I took off the manual starter, carburetor and manifold cover. It was in my parts box but could have come from something else but it looks like the other one. Thanks.
