Can anyone recomend a good after-market Engine temp alarm system?

I was boating yesterday on a river, and I just happened to look down at the temp gauge and it was higher than normal (about 200)

I shut my engine down and lifted up my leg, turns out a piece of bark had wraped it self around and blocked both water inlets.

Removed the bark, and continued on my way, but the thought of almost blowing my motor made me realize that I need a temp alarm.

I would love a small self contained unit I could mount under the dash that could use the existing temperature sender connector and beep at me when it gets over a certain temperature (like say over 185)

If I had to plum and wire a new sender, that woudn't be the end of the world either.

Can anybody recomend anything?

NAPA or any Auto parts store, get a temp switch that is Normally Open and closes at approximatley 200 or 210?
Oil pressure switch from same places, Normall CLOSED, opens at 5 yo 7 PSI

Radio Shack. Buzzer.

Hook them up just like in the OEM service manuals.
